Why is this number with an area code 931 keeps calling me and sending me voice messages?

It's a telemarketer asking me for my social security number, I blocked the number and it keeps calling me from the same area code in different numbers.

It’s a scammer. They can make big money selling Social Security numbers.

@cherokeepatti My non stop calls are techs from India and Pakistan that kept trying to scam me and I didn't fall for it. They are here as well and watch me constantly.
