It's funny how the fields are generated laterally no matter what the latitude or yaw of the camera angle and that the incoming refraction appears invisible on the plate.

There's something odd about the fact that no bright spines emit back or forward to or directly from the camera lens.

Another reason why this doesn't appear to be vapor in ionization is that according to the sky color analogy the sky should be red and yellow. Only it's not.
