Are you okay with being honest?

In my personal experience, being honest sucks.

I have noticed in various stages of my life that being honest never got me anywhere. It always brought me to square one while the people who deceived always got the cream of the crop. I can't deceive for my own welfare hence I get nothing.

This has happened in my relationship, friends and in every aspect of my life. Hence I would say being honest may seem like the right policy but it surely gets you nowhere.

@Beatbox34 You do have to keep in mind that some people just don't handle honesty well, no matter how nice and respectful you are.
