My understanding is that appendicitis is VERY painful. A sharp, intense, excruciating pain that comes rather suddenly, not some dull mild pain... That's what I have heard, I'm not a doctor or anything, though...

@drymer Well, my aunt has had appendicitis before but the pain was not very severe. Plus it doesn't have to be severe to know that you have appendicitis. That's the dangerous thing about it. You cannot be cocky just because the pain is mild
