I've been having consistent pain today from the lower abdominal to the right side. A doctor on the phone said I could be having appendicitis

@SW-User yes but tbh it sounds more like toxic shock syndrome. If any tampons have gone missing in the line of duty here lately you may be in for a different sort of surgery.
