@ltachi yeah, sometimes people just don't click or people aren't willing to put in the same amount of effort that you are. i doubt it's personal.

@SW-User I think a true friendship should just kinda roll on its own. Sure, you need to put in time, but it shouldn't be like having to water a plant or feed a pet. People have lives and jobs and relationships, etc.

@uncalled4 Yeah, but at the same time, people can easily focus on their own lives to the point where the other person is reaching out every time, and it can become one-sided real quick. You have to make some effort.

@SW-User Oh, agreed. I do try my best to stay in touch with everyone and return messages promptly. Some people are just not good at doing that, so I give them some slack.
