Assuming all of them are alive and standing.....line them up, one immediately behind the other, up close & personal. Hitler first, then Stalin, and Castro bringing up the rear. Put the gun to Hitler's skull & pull the trigger. Hopefully it will travel through all 3 skulls. If it doesn't, use the gun to beat the survivors to death, starting with Castro.

@SW-User Well, when they realize they're going to die if they comply anyway, you won't be able to use that threat effectively anymore. Think of if you were in their shoes. Would you rather lunge at your attacker and risk getting shot or line up so he/she can shoot you most effectively?
