What is the most broke you have ever been in your life?

I was so broke over a year ago that I could only afford $5.00 worth of gas at one point. That was a very rough time for me.

I've paid for a single gallon of gas with change, because it was all I had, on more than one occasion. Luckily it's been awhile since I've had to do that.
