Doesn't matter if I have the worst day ever. It's all a matter of self-control and discipline. Just like I can walk outside in the snow or snow blizzard in just shorts a tank top boots and a baseball cap mindset and control

It's not a trick. It's self-discipline and believing in yourself. I'm the type of person where I push my body over its limits along with my mind to see how much I can take and I go above and beyond and at first is very painful but I managed it
