Drivers do you get nervous when a police car is driving behind you even when you are doing nothing wrong.?

Yes happened to me today, it was behind me for like 3 miles, also I’ve been pulled over maybe 15 times so usually if a cop is behind me it’s because I’m getting pulled over!
