How difficult was it for you when you became single after being in a relationship for a while?

It has been very difficult. There have been many sleepless nights,tears, fears, and battles. We were married 22 years and he isolated me from everyone but his friends and family. Now that we are divorced it feels like I have nothing and no-one. But, each day I just keep putting one foot in front of the other...or sometimes it is more of a crawl, but I am moving forward and growing stronger. I guess that is all anyone can do - moment by moment, one day at a time.
