@MrBrownstone No it isn't at all.. I've had drug checks, no one said to me I was guilty and had to prove my innocence. But it's a condition of the contract that a) you have the test and b) be clean...You don't accept that, you're free to not take the job, simple.

@MrBrownstone I have seen guys fired on the spot, escorted from the building for being drunk..Game over, do not pass go...I don;t want anyone not in full control working with me, ever.
