Have you been burned by a family member?

My dad died in May and the will stated that everything was supposed to be split 50/50. My sister is executor and is hiding money from me and plotting against my back. I'd tried to talk to her but she has become greedy. She didn't even want the military flag or any of his belongings. I'm in the process of finding a laywer as I stand to lose a lot of money 😔😢 The money doesnt mean that much to me but I refuse to let someone screw me and walk all over me. All I want is what is rightfully mine. Sad that it had to come to this.

You should consult with a lawyer. She can’t do that. You might need have a third party look into her handling of assets. Depending on the size of the estate, it would probably be a good idea if for no other reason, peace of mind. I’m

@Ipleadthe5th Thanks. It's hard enough to grieve and then have someone bully and try to take advantage of you. Especially when it's people who are suppose to love you. It hurts me to do it. But I have to look out for myself.
