Anyone else listen to music when they're angry/upset?

I don't need to be upset to listen to music. I'll even listen to "angry" music just while I'm working.

I'm almost always listening to music.

Yes music cuts through any mood for me..

Always, despite my mood.

Music is like booze and drugs are. Never was enjoyable when in a bad mood. Sobriety and silence is the only thing that allows me to work it out.
