It's to do with swearing which is only acceptable in friendly company. It's hard to get your head around, but that's what its about. I call the gay dude at work "slut" and he calls me "bitch" or "robot" if he wants to insult my autism. It's Ok because we like each other, however other people just don't get the same leeway and if you jump on, we are both lible to attack you because it just isn't friendly.

Okay but I'm not talking about cursing or anything like saying bitch, slut, or robot. I'm talking about revived slurs that were used to pursue the oppression of a specific group and if those words can be revived within those groups to be used generally as to "take back" what was pressed onto them as hate. @SW-User @ButterFly2023
I agree. If someone who isnt black calls me the n-word even if they are a friend it feels weird. But then again i feel uncomfortable when i am called any curse word. I dont even say the n-word. I dont think anyone should use historically deragatory slurs towards their own group members but thats another thing.
