i was wondering if it is an excuse
because some users on deviantart are complaining the problem
with R0B3KA789 Who is harrasing some users just she has autism
and others say it's an excuse

It depends, I guess. My brother has autism and I guess people could say he’s “harassing” them, but it’s just the fact that he doesn’t understand social ques. If she’s outright just insulting people, then it’s an excuse. If she’s just being kinda annoying, it might actually be the autism.
