It depends, I guess. My brother has autism and I guess people could say he’s “harassing” them, but it’s just the fact that he doesn’t understand social ques. If she’s outright just insulting people, then it’s an excuse. If she’s just being kinda annoying, it might actually be the autism.

Some use it as an excuse and everyone gets tarred with the same brush because of it. Also a lot of people don't understand what it's like having autism and people with autism find it very difficult to explain what's "wrong" because when you've lived with something all of your life you don't know any different so how are you supposed to know what's normal and what isn't, especially when people don't take the time to actually explain what you have done to upset them
