When someone uses you to get back at someone else, how do you handle it?
Specifically in a work situation whereas your boss uses you to get back at someone else in the office because he's jealous of your relationship with that person.
That happened to me, it was one boss vs the other. I asked the boss who was trying to get me to go against the other to talk to the other and pretended to be busy and left. These are family members doing this
Move away from it very quickly. You're a third party in this and also are being utilised for someone else's benefit. Distance yourself as quickly as you can.
