You know what I hate?

When they forecast snow on the news, and all the news people freak out like "ohh, no, not snow, say it won't snow!" And then people you work with whine the same way..."Ohh it's gonna snow, I hate that....why does it have to snow, snow sucks.' IT'S WINTER...IN NEW YORK...IT'S GOING TO SNOW!!!!! There are those of us who love the snow, and it's really a downer when you all complain about the snow sooooo much. Move to the south if you don't like it, because, here's a secret...don't tell anyone....it's gonna snow next year, too!!! OMG!!!!!!! OK, I'm done.

I hear you. I've never understood not embracing weather. EXCEPT the constant sun which is what I deal with. It gets to be a serious drag. When it does rain it usually takes a day before the newscasters start in on rain as being a bad thing. Drives me freaking nuts.

@smmartydude Yep. I've always seen more extreme weather as the best way to remind people of our insignificance in the face of nature. No choice but to remember where the power really lies.
