You are not alone in ur way feelings and thoughts. You have to have been there to understand that kind of pain. I wish u well. Deep breathing exercises and eating better with even a little exercise can help alot.

@Clairessa09 U will when u are in deep depression. It takes away any motivation. Its a case of forcing urself up and out and after a walk gym or whatever exercise u prefer u usually feel alot better and glad u forced it upon urself. That alone sometimes can lead u to repeat that pattern and turn it into routine. 👍

@Clairessa09 Oh bless u honestly. I come from humble and chaotic beginnings so i relate. Screw the ignorant A-holes who try to tell u what to do. Just do ur best to reason with urself and try to retrain ur thought patterns. Its very possible and i.ll give u a example. If u persist at Almost anything you can make it possible. If u are right handed and could only play tennis with that hand u could eventually learn to play using ur left hand by repetitive practice. And repetitively practicing positive thoughts can train to to stay in that mode for a large part of the time. Obviously we all slip back at times but retraining the brains thought patterns can have massive and very positive effects on ur whole life. Easier said than done i know but u need to try and break the mould and learn to control depression rather than it control you.
