Do you go around moving th dirt in cemeteries or what?
Andrew19EightyFive · 36-40, M
@ElideInto I don't remember the last time I was even in a cemetery.

I was thinking about like from an accumulation of thousands of years.
ElideInto · 31-35, F
People's remains decompose much, much faster than thousands of years unless they are preserved somehow. There's no trace of them left. Plus there's a lot of soil in the Earth. The proportion is so small that worrying about it seems silly. You probably breathe more dead cells from people every day than touch them through the soil

@ElideInto Yuck... *holds nose* Thanks for that.

Another one is water.

It's a very robust molecule lasting probably millions of years. Now the amount of water oh the planet hasn't changed much in a long long time... millions of years in fact.

So human history is very short but it is highly likely that nearly every water molecule you drink or bathe with has been through at least one dinosaur before. 😱

Nope. I work in a high care ward of a hospital. I've already dealt with my share of dead people.

It’s all part of cycle. Death gives materials back to nature and nature supports new life with those materials in some form or the other.

The world is nothing but life and death. You're gonna touch death a lot.
