Well its not uncommon for teens that murder to be tried as adults so this shouldnt be any different

@Tminus6453 Yes but they used no gun or knife, but rocks. It's really stupid but they knew what they were doing. All 5 of them.

@iamnikki Its still murder, maybe not 1st degree but still murder
iamnikki · 31-35, F
@Tminus6453 I'm not denying that

@Tminus6453 Manslaughter, not murder.
Tminus6453 · M
@MethDozer manslaughter is murder, involuntary but still murder
MethDozer · M
@Tminus6453 No it's not. Murder means there was intent and malice. Manslaughter means there was to intentions or malice involved.
If you are provoked or do so in the heat of passion that's voluntary manslaughter. If you go up to someone and intentionally stab them out of malice then it's murder. If you make a stupid decision that results in someone getting killed then that's involuntary manslaughter.
Murder can also be voluntary or involuntary.
There's huge differences here.

There was malice on these teens part... throwing large rocks off a highway overpass onto cars is malice #murder

@Tminus6453 Look up malice. This textbook manslaughter.
