What would you do?

My mom's asshole boyfriend has his car parked across the street and its a piece of junk. Its an audi that's been vandalized cause someone broke the side mirror, threw eggs and dumped piss at it. He doesn't live in the neighborhood but leaves it parked there. There's no insurance on the car or updated stickers.

I feel the calling the tow-truck cause its a waste of space that's been there for nearly a year. What would you do? If you called them what reasons would you give the tow truck company to move it? I've never had to call them.
