you & I were eating at a restaurant...

we were chatting while waiting for our orders. then when we finally got our orders we both started eating our meals. in the middle of our meals i happen to start choking on my food and then i fell unconscious. you've tried to do the Heimlich Maneuver on me but failed...what are you going to do?

The sharpest knife in the kitchen... get to your windpipe and extract the blockage then I'd put a penne pasta to to connect to your windpipe till the paramedics get there 馃槀馃槢
