Does anyone have the same issue as for calling people and starting to feel under pressure?

Can't call strangers without finding myself empty headed, not knowing what to say and starting to stutter.

I have the same problem... and I have to call random places at work. It helps to either have parts completely written out or have bullet points that you need to talk about/ask.
