Happens when either party blocks and unblocks fairly recently. Same with followed and unfollowed.
It doesn't matter who does what either. It can be mixed. Blocking actually forces a unfollow.
I can imagine this can be quite complicated with multiple shared accounts. Shared accounts sort of copy the block and follow options.

@NerdyPotato I can't imagine why they would have blocked me. I still had access to their account. I had not yet talked with them, and had sent a PM to them. But I can't remember if I PM-ed them before or after I followed them. It's weird.

@PhoenixPhail I wasn't talking about a full block, just a block for following them. Maybe they did that by accident and removed it after seeing this post. 🤷
