Maybe not insomnia but similar

Off and on for nearly four months, insomnia. Usually four to five days of the week it takes hours to sleep but maybe a day or two I sleep so well. It does not appear to be influenced by my activity level, time I go to sleep or eat and I never drink caffeinated beverages in the night. How do you find the best way to fall to sleep? Open to suggestions.

Have you tried liquid melatonin drops? For me its the only thing that worked...

i started doing 4 drops under the tongue, the first day i didnt sleep it just made my eyes heavy, second day i slept 4 hours than 3rd day i slept like a baby. Try it and thank me later, also csrdio excercise to tire out the body doesnt hurt either
