Maybe not insomnia but similar

Off and on for nearly four months, insomnia. Usually four to five days of the week it takes hours to sleep but maybe a day or two I sleep so well. It does not appear to be influenced by my activity level, time I go to sleep or eat and I never drink caffeinated beverages in the night. How do you find the best way to fall to sleep? Open to suggestions.

If your phone has a night mode, switch it on as soon as it gets dark, you're probably being affected by blue light, which can reset our circada rhythem, making it harder to get to sleep, and/or stay asleep.
