Maybe not insomnia but similar

Off and on for nearly four months, insomnia. Usually four to five days of the week it takes hours to sleep but maybe a day or two I sleep so well. It does not appear to be influenced by my activity level, time I go to sleep or eat and I never drink caffeinated beverages in the night. How do you find the best way to fall to sleep? Open to suggestions.

Do yog and meditation and relax your mind and body....it will not easy in start to focus but soon your mind and muscle connection will get strong....
U will feel your body way more than u feel today.....and u will feel relaxed after every yog session.....
Other ways are also there like u get into high intensity training or walking every evening....and some other way🙃
