What's a good non melatonin sleep aid?

They can be sleep aid, or remedies or even certain foods.
It has to be non melatonin completely
My body produces too much melatonin so taking more additional melatonin is just overdosing and it does the opposite effect what it's supposed to. You probably are thinking if I produce too much melatonin, I shouldn't have sleep issues but that's the thing, my body is fighting it and it's something I've always struggled with.
