Well gong to pay my rent all up

Land lady's son took over and they ordered me a new ac/heat unit and will fix my front two doors I owed 3,300 in back rent. He knocked off 1,300 said give him 2,000 and we even. So now every bill I have is paid in full. As of today I not owe one single person
