Which do you experience more between Schadenfreude or Freudenfreude?

What do you do with it? Do you just accept it? Fight it? Ignore it?

If these words are new to you, you're not alone. I just learned about them too.

Schadenfreude - pleasure derived from another person's misfortune

Freudenfreude - pleasure derived from another person's good fortune
