Which do you experience more between Schadenfreude or Freudenfreude?

What do you do with it? Do you just accept it? Fight it? Ignore it?

Schadenfreude - pleasure derived from another person's misfortune

Freudenfreude - pleasure derived from another person's good fortune

Schadenfreude - pleasure derived from another person's misfortune

Freudenfreude - pleasure derived from another person's good fortune

or something like that.
