I’m jealous of people who have no regrets.

I wish I wasn’t, but I already have lots of regrets. So many moments that I look back on and wish I didn’t do that thing or say that thing. I’ve hurt and upset lots of people, embarrassed myself, embarrassed others to make me look better. I’m a better person now, but nervous to do stuff, nervous to say things incase it’s wrong or people laugh at me.

You know...owning responsibility about your past is one thing. Then carrying responsibility as a burden and victimizing yourself is not it.
And, another thing..is... there comes a moment to stop punishing yourself and looking for forgiveness, a moment where you look back at yourself with compassion.
None is behaving as badly just because they are an a$$. Usually they hurt deeply and that is why they are taking the dark route. Look at this younger you ...do not reject him as a monstrous human. ..so to dive into deeper layers of forgiveness...... and thank you for sharing with such openness.

Thankyou, I suppose I just have these moments where I dwell on the past and punish myself, it’s not all the time and it’s generally not for long, but I think it’s going to happen for my whole life. I know I can do things I’m proud of and I can be a good person, but I do so regret bullying people so much. You and so many other people here are really helping me achieve so much. It struggle to talk to people about all this because I do feel really bad about everything. Thankyou so much for not judging me, you’re such a nice person and you make this place really nice!@Boeing

@Strongtea thank you but I don't consider myself to be such a nice person, I am doing my best to be kind and truthful.
Guilt is a Big one to work with, alongside with Shame. I have been working with both myself and still clearing.

I don’t know what your past is like, but all the time that I’ve known you on here, you’ve always seemed nice. I think we all have some history and no one is perfect, keep working on what you need to, you seem to be a really cool person now, no matter if that wasn’t always the case. @Boeing
