For most of the things I’ve regretted, I fully believe I did the best I could with the knowledge and coping skills I had at the time. There are a few things I think I will always regret and never forgive myself for.
@itsok it really does help to realize you did the best you could with what you got at the time doesn't it. I hope you find some peace for those few things.
