@Twiglet I'm afraid of separation/divorce. I'm feeling worse all the time, and I know I should end it sooner, but I know myself well enough that I will probably stay until it just boils over and escalates beyond fixing, beyond being able to forgive her. I actually told her this last night, that I don't want to have kids with her anymore, because of our relationship dynamics. Both mental and physical abuse followed. I know I'm a fool for staying..

@DMmeyourtits I’m terribly sorry, you know what you need to do, it’s not okay for a woman to do that.

@DMmeyourtits Start keeping a secret diary of the abuse, mental & physical. Note every date it happens and any pertinent details. A permanent record may help clarify your thinking, and may help your divorce case.

@ElwoodBlues I really should start that, I have the lousiest memory. Only bruises remind me sometimes what has happened, until they also fade away. Thank you for the suggestion
