Anyone here have nightmares?

I had one last night and fell out of bed “escaping”.
Whacked my head on the bedside cabinet and bit my tongue as I hit the floor! 😂🤣😂

Omg are you okay? I haven't had one in a long time thank God when i did i had sleep paralysis and i don't wish that on anyone. Theres a podcast that i listen to. A mother and a son had the exact same nightmare with a creepy old lady chasing them when they told the daughter, when she slept in the house months earlier. she did too she just hadn't told anyone. I would never go back to that house 🤣

Glad you're able to laugh about it. Could have had a more serious injury. I don't get so many nightmares these days, but I don't ever remember falling out of bed.

I have nightmares fairly often, I sometimes wake up yelling but never fell out of bed. 😆

Not nightmares but I tend to have pretty bad dreams time to time that makes the mornings kinda miserable..
