I got meds for nightmares.

I can't take it anymore.

Doc says they work within a day or two. I have to do some research, I don't like taking meds. I haven't had a good experience with meds ever, but I've never tried anything for nightmares.

I can manage stress/pain during the day, but it needs to eff off my sleep because it keeps making everything worse.

I have been on Prazosin for a few years. My nightmares have decreased significantly with no ill effects. Positive thoughts whatever it is it will work for you.

@ScreamingFox It has a good track record so to speak plus it’s proven to help nightmares from PTSD. Keep me posted as how it goes.
