Nocturn new entry

I had a crush on a guy at school. He was the nerdy, cool asian type. Into the same stuff I am into, like anime and videogames, but he was also outgoing and fun to have around. I didn't tell him how I felt because he was in a relationship. Somehow, not too long after, his relationship ended. So one day, on our way home (we were neighbors) I decided to confess how I felt, it wasn't easy, I was afraid, but felt no matter what happened, things would be ok between us. Honestly I thought he wouldn't be interested.
Afterwards, I just remember him smiling at me, not really saying anything, but it felt like he was thrilled to know how I felt about him. Soon after that, we talked about how we felt and somehow ended up singing and dancing together, as if it was something out of a musical. I couldn't keep up with him cause I didn't know the song, but I didn't wanna be left behind, so I just wing it and followed him around while he sang out of love. For some reason I felt like my pants were falling off, and everyone could see me struggling to keep them on, but I didn't care, I was in love, I was happy.
During all of this, I slowly noticed the atmosphere kept changing, nothing too dramatic, nothing too out of the ordinary, just seemed like we were getting closer and closer to a war zone. I thought "I am probably just paranoid" and kept dancing with him. Soon I noticed one of the cars passing by, it looked like a military truck with the top off. There was no one in the car, no passengers or driver, the car just moved down the road slowly on it's own. At this point it was late at night, I went over to my lover and tried to explain something isn't right, something felt off and I didn't know what. So I explained the car with no one inside. He said he didn't see it. So we kept moving on. Soon later we got to a place that looked like an abandoned construction site, little bit of fire here and there, pipe holes coming out from the ground with water spilling out. And in the middle of all that mess and chaos, there these metallic walkway bridges, put there to help people cross to the other side of the constitution site. I also noticed there were less and less people around as we walked up the road. After crossing the constitution site, it was almost totally dark, barely any street lights were on. His house came up first, but for some reason, he couldn't walk straight, he was barely conscious. So I picked him up, and decided to carry him with me to my place. I felt like it would have been easier to leave him behind, to stay at his place for the night, just to put an end to the weird things that were happening. But I have never been to his place before, I didn't know if I would be comfortable there, so I just decided to carry him along with me to my place. As I walked over to my place, the road got darker, and darker, at the point, it was late at night with no lights on, anywhere. It got harder and harder to walk, as if something was pushing me down, I felt on the brink of losing consciousness, I could barely walk straight. At the end of the road (my place) I saw a building that looked as if it had been hit by a bomb, but the door was still left standing, so I went over and tried to open it. While I did that, I noticed another door on my right, which looked like my bedroom door, I could tell by the light coming from the corners of the door, there was a TV turned on, on the other side. I drag both myself and the guy I love to the door, push the door open. It was a small apartment, no beds, just a sofa and TV, but looked cozy. Then I noticed there was someone on the couch... It was me, lying down, cuddling with him. I then went over and pushed myself off of him, that's when I noticed that version of me was dead, my own corpse...
The version of him on the couch saw me and looked shocked, I then turned, realizing wondering "If this is him, then what have I been carrying with me the whole time?". But it was gone, so I ran over to close the door, and as soon as I touched the handle, the hand of what ever I have been carrying with me the whole time grabbed me (it looked like a zombie's arm at this point) and tried to pull me out the room. That's when I woke up.
