And again, that same annoying nightmare

Chilling on the beach when people started pointing at the waves, saying, "WTF is that??" Without even looking back, I sprinted like I was training for the Olympics. I mean, seriously, what else could it be but a tsunami, what other shocking things ever happen?

In my repetitive tsunami nightmares, I always try to save people and eventually end up dead. But this one was different. It was all about me saving my own butt and thinking how stupid everyone else was for standing there to wander.

There was a goat though and I picked it up in my way out lol

I hate nightmares that include struggling with guilt, after or during, including PTSD ones.

They ruin my entire day because I am always left with the fogginess and negative thoughts.

@Miram For me it's the questioning what kind of a person I truly am that worries me. Is that what I would do if the crisis was real? I've never been in one so I don't know.

There is no telling.

I have been through a few. Most of the times during crisis I have a calculating calm reaction that is about everyone's well being.

But there was this time, despite having experience and training, when I just froze while everyone was running away. And a man practically lifted me up and saved me.

Don't think we always control how we behave.
