is this everywhere in the US or?
ViciDraco · 41-45, M
@Moneyonmymind is pretty widespread in the US. Some areas are worse than others. Very few places have gotten more affordable. Lot of the ones that have are economic dead zones where you can buy in cheap but unless you are independently wealthy or in retirement there aren't many job prospects to sustain good quality of life. And for people in the retirement group, they tend be far away from potentially critical health services.
It's a big country, there are exceptions. But the exceptions have been shrinking.

@Moneyonmymind in a few days? Have they not already given you terms? If you haven't been hearing grumbling from the neighbors, you may be okay for now

@ViciDraco my current lease is over In July, usually my landlord will send over the lease documents to sign a little before June, there was an increase last year in my rent so I’m worried there will be another increase..

@Moneyonmymind increases are normal. Just hope it will be modest and not a big spike

@ViciDraco true but I will still ask for a decrease doesn’t hurt to ask 😂🤷🏾♂️
