I See Dead People...(I think)...? [I Nightmare]
I woke up at 6:00 a.m. to escape from a nightmare.
I was in my mother's house in the dream. The doorbell rang, and when I looked through the peephole a young woman with long red hair was standing there, looking as weird as anyone I have ever seen, with her head cocked to one side. Her eyes were huge, and she was staring at the door without blinking. I remember she had a wide mouth, thickish orange lips, and was very pale and looked dirty.
Behind her, I could see a small car...red...which she had driven up onto the front walk right up over the lawn. The car had been in a front end collision. I asked her, "What is your car doing on my front lawn?"
Then the nightmare started. Thinking about it later, I think the girl standing on my front walk was trying to tell me what had happened to her.
Behind her, I could see a young white man with short dark hair, and a narrow nose like a knife blade,wearing a red parka, run up behind her and throw a black plastic bag over her head. She just stood there. She didn't move.
Then he dashed around to the back of MY house and I knew he was going to break in, and I was in danger. He was definitely going to GET me, and I could not get out.
The only way I could escape was to wake up. Thinking about the nightmare after I woke, I realized that it was entirely possible that the girl standing at my front door was showing me what had happened to her, and showing me who had done it, and making me feel what she had felt.
I had a dream recently where my grandmother have asked me to call my brother and tell him not to travel in June. (He and his partner had a trip to Spain planned in June of next year and they had JUST been discussing whether or not to cancel the trip). They have now decided to cancel the trip.
Then I had a second similar dream where my SON's grandmother told me to call him and ask him to check on his in-laws...and they were all fine...but that is how I found out my son had pneumonia. I was kidding around with my son, telling him that maybe I should start drinking...馃槀...JK.
