What does it mean when you dream about sea/water?

Dreams are usually about something that happened to you recently, or could be something you have thought about. Did you recently watch a movie about sailing, or the ocean, or something along those lines?
In the water, do you drown, or are you swimming, or just looking at it from a beach?
