I Had a Lucid Dream
Not sure whether to label it as lucid or sleep paralysis, or both.
Last night, I was dreaming that a doctor was listening to my heart and he kept making comments about how it wasn't good news, it was beating too slow, wasn't good enough etc. It was very vivid, I could hear him in my left ear as if he was right there, sitting behind me. I remember hearing his printer clearly too, beeping as he printed notes about my condition.
While I waited for him to finish, I realised I was dreaming and started to wake myself up. I became aware of being in my bed, still "hallucinating" the printer's beeping and my body was still asleep/paralysed but it didn't take me long to snap out of it.
