Being single

For the first time in my life I've been single for over a year. I've decided I want to be for a while. I need to find the me I am when I'm not with someone. But life does get lonely the winter is the worst early dark nights and too cold to be outside too long. That's why I go to my local park often. Its no-where special but just the warmth of the sun and the fresh air makes me feel better, content.

The only danger i found of being single is that you fall into the trap of dropping your standards after a while because you couldn't tolerate the loneliness. So spend time getting to understand and know your worth so you don't get tempted to "sell cheap" again.
