Someone can be alone but not feel the loneliness. And someone can be occupied with people & friends but still feel lonely.

What I understand is that the loneliness is the product of distraction. The time you learns to concentrate instead of getting distracted, you may no longer feel loneliness.

By the way, you can go through below list.

@ABCDEF7 Most lonely people have tried all the tricks and nothing really helps, that's why they are still lonely.

Being appreciated isn't about gloming onto tricks though. Its about being a better person. Nothing less. BIG JOB.

We have to be the person we would WANT TO CALL US!

@PleasurePunch You are right. The shared list is only useful to those who are working on learning to concentrate.

Solution is not in the list shared, it's in learning the art of concentration and then moving your point of focus to something you enjoy(maybe in the list), that finally brings you happiness & satisfaction in your life.

@PleasurePunch It feels to you like that because you can't get satisfaction & happiness from the things you already have in your life. Someone else may have the things you feel anyone would need to feel complete, but they still feel incomplete for some other reason and have the feeling of loneliness.

You might remember when you were kid and you lost one of your tooth. Where did your attention and tongue used to go? to the missing tooth.. When the same you at that time was playing did you felt that missing tooth? No because you were happy and satisfied what you were doing. So it's about feeling contended & satisfied with what you already have.

I am not saying you should not have things you feel you are missing in your life. But you should try to enjoy whatever you have at present moment. Life is a journey, people come and go in our lives, like co passengers in a long train journey.
