I understand loneliness better, it's another form of hunger.

So if you're not taking in nourishing foods on a constant basis, your body is just asking for more, in a pitiful attempt to eventually find the nutrients it needs.
Similarly with companionship, if it's not fulfilling, one is keep on feeling "hungry", empty.. despite there might be company, "food" , but if it's not the nourishing kind, one keeps on feeling hungry, lonely.

It's tricky when trying to change patterns. It's easier to fall back to the same wrong types of foods.
Remain alert and aware. We are doing this, we can do this.

And there in lies the problem. When you’re fed a healthy diet by a soulmate and you lose the chef. Replacement chefs are not easy to find. Great analogy by the way and great insight.
That's a very accurate analogy.

Yes, it IS easier to fall back to the same wrong types of foods.
Old habits die hard.

Great analogy. Perhaps that's why parts of me feel so empty, but I still refuse to try a bite of what I've always known as poison.

We can do most anything, girl. Change for the better is healthier. No backsliding.

@PoetryNEmotion some days it feels like going backwards but I know it's only oscillation
We certainly don't build communities. We are on the market.
