Join some interest groups , like walking, a jazz group. Volunteer for something like a food bank. You will meet people that way.

I play chess online to kill time of anything outside of that. I don’t know I’m married, but I’m lonely, so oh well.

i read books, including the oxford english dictionary and the bible, reading takes my mind somewhere else which helps me.

There’s now way. All i can is go out meet people and even here folks will chat I do it’s not the same but a start
