@HoeBag I've met other younger people in nursing homes. One was there because her family wanted free access to her money. The other was in one because she had abusive parents who wanted to collect her grandmother's life insurance for themselves.
I guess some are using it like modern versions of asylums to get people out of the way.

@Magicianzini I don't know, I do not think people can just be chucked into nursing homes. Even if theycould, it would cost more than any money gained in the aforementioned situations.
