For me, not having to deal with someone else's problems or emotional instability.
If you can avoid sharing it, that is best. Room mates WILL eventually drive you cr4zy. They might bring their pets with fleas, or try to bring their own room mates, or they are extremely messy and of course blame it on their depression or autism, maybe they act gr0ss and think it is hilarious,
Or they lose their job, their car breaks down, they have no income and are too lazy to go on food stamps, BUT they have plenty of time to spend on dating sites.
Of course once you kick them out, they act like YOU are the bad guy.
I don't know if I want to share my home with another person again.
