What have you enjoyed the most about living alone?

I've been separated since September and now that things aren't hurting so much I'm realizing just how much I LIKE living with just ME and my pets. It's so peaceful. There's NO judgement.
It's only been a few months but I don't know if I want to share my home with another person again.

I have lived alone since September of 2009, when my husband died. I loved living with him because although we spent a lot of time together, we were not joined at the hip. We had our own lives and friends and hobbies.

Now that he’s been gone more than 16 years, I have no interest in a housemate.
